Before working with Vetstoria and Whiskercloud, one of the biggest challenges for Swann Animal Clinic was managing their online presence, branding and relationship building through social media and their website. Not every team is equipped with the tools.
Another pain point was their lack of time. Considering the sheer volume of phone calls that the clinic receives daily, they needed a solution to enable their staff to spend more time with clients and patients, and less on the phone.
