Eligibility: This offer is valid for new customers only. Existing customers or those who have previously subscribed to our services are not eligible.

Promotion Period: The promotion provides 3 months at half price from the date of activation. After the initial 3-month period, standard monthly rates will apply.

Independent Clinics Only: This offer is available exclusively to independent clinics. Corporate-owned or chain clinics are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Subscription Renewal: At the end of the 3-month promotional period, customers will automatically transition to a regular monthly subscription, unless the service is canceled before the promotional period ends.

Payment: Customers must provide valid payment information at the time of sign-up. The promotional rate will apply for the first 3 months, with payments charged monthly. After the promotional period, the full monthly rate will be charged to the payment method on file.

Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined with other offers or discounts.

Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect customers currently enjoying the promotional rate during their 3-month period.

Gift Card Issuance: The £20 gift card for HappyThreads UK will be sent to the referrer within 30 days of the referred individual completing the demo. The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Limitations: Each referrer can earn one gift card per successful demo, regardless of the number of referrals made. A referred individual can only be referred once, and only one referrer will be eligible for the gift card if multiple referrals are made for the same person.

Referral Process: The referred individual must provide all requested details about the referrer at the time of submission. Eligibility for the offer will only be confirmed once the referrer verifies the referral.

Demo Requirement: The referred individual must attend and complete the entire demo session. Incomplete or unattended demos will not qualify for the gift card.

Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect referrers whose referred individuals have already completed a demo.

Fraudulent Referrals: Referrals found to be fraudulent, misleading, or violating the terms of this offer will be disqualified, and no gift card will be awarded.

Eligibility & Participation: This survey is open to veterinary professionals in the UK and Europe, except in locations where participation is prohibited by law. Participation in this raffle is free of charge and open to all individuals who complete the Vetstoria survey during the specified campaign period. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Vetstoria and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Survey Participation and Data Use: Only one survey submission is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in exclusion from the prize draw. To participate, you will be asked to provide your email address and answer several questions about your preferences for the content and resources you like to see. Your responses will be collected using Vetstoria’s platform. All personal data will be treated as confidential.

Prize Draw: All eligible participants who complete the survey will be entered into a draw to win one Amazon gift card of £150. One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and will be drawn at 13:00 (BST) on 18 November 2024. 

Total Payment: The total amount payable under this agreement shall be GBP£150. This payment is the maximum amount for the services provided under this agreement. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. Vetstoria will not be liable for any tax obligations related to the prize.

Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the survey period. The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently to ensure equal opportunity for all participants.

Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your email or any personal data with third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights: By participating in the survey, participants agree that Vetstoria may use and analyze the survey responses for internal research and marketing purposes. Vetstoria reserves the rights to any data or insights derived from the survey responses. However, no personal information will be disclosed without the participant’s consent.

General: Participation in the survey constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to end the survey or modify these terms for any reason, at any time. In case of significant changes to the terms, participants will be notified by email.

Survey Termination & Changes: Vetstoria reserves the right to terminate the survey or raffle at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the fair completion of the raffle. In the event of early termination, no further entries will be accepted, and the winner will be selected from the entries received up to that point.

Legal Compliance: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
